Busy, but the Palazzo Parisio way
With a setting like Palazzo Parisio, the restaurant at the palace is so much more than just a restaurant. With Malta's balmy summer evenings here for the season, the beautiful garden setting is fully-decked to tantalise all the senses. As you sit at your table, a light breeze carries a variety of delicious aromas from Executive Chef David Giacomelli's kitchen as they prepare dishes from his specially-curated menu.
The entertainment in the palace garden is as bespoke as their culinary offering. The popular Gin & Jam sessions are back on Wednesday evenings with the likes of Red Electric, The New Victorians, Gianni & Papps and Nick Barrett.
Thursdays mellow down with a little jazz before heralding the weekend. The wonderful stylings of Mariele Zammit, Ella Pullicino and Angie Vella Zarb, provide the perfect accompaniment to dinner.
Fridays and Saturdays see the setting-up of a live DJ for the evening to spice things up over dinner. They’re also trying something new this season, with some Friday evenings set aside for their Barbecue Nights. Chef David is promising the best of the summer fare we all love - but in Palazzo Parisio style, of course!
