Lavender Collins

This lavender cocktail is a spin on a Tom Collins made with this herb! It's a gin drink that's sweet tart and bubbly, with a floral finish.


Condiments

  • 3/4 oz Lavender simple syrup

  • 1 oz Lemon juice

  • 1/2 cup Soda water

  • 1 ½ ounces gin

Pimm's Cup


Pimm’s is a gin-based liqueur with a deep red color that is flavored with ‘herbal botanicals,’ spices, and caramelized orange. It’s in the realm of a digestive if you ask me which means, you’re not going to feel bloated after a few!

Condiments

  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced

  • 1 Persian cucumber, thinly sliced

  • 1/2 cup strawberries, thinly sliced or quartered

  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • 3 ounces Pimm’s No. 1

  • 6 ounces Ginger Beer

  • Fresh mint and thyme to garnish

Strawberry chamomile Paloma


These Strawberry Chamomile Palomas are the perfect drinks to celebrate spring… and Mother’s Day in May, plus everything in between!Just make a quick chamomile honey infused simple syrup, add some grapefruit juice, tequila and fresh strawberries to a glass, and muddle that up with all your might! Then just add ice and top off with sparkling water.



Condiments

  • 1 Chamomile tea bags

  • 4 Strawberries, fresh

  • 2 tbsp Chamomile honey syrup

  • 1/3 cup Honey

  • 3 oz Grapefruit juice, fresh

  • 1 Sparkling water

  • Ice

  • beer wine & liquor

  • 2 oz tequila

  • 3/4 water
